Assembly

The QuadAvi is similar to the RevolutionAVi (that we reviewed here), in fact it features a similarly shaped front end (riser+limbs) but differently from the revolution it does not have a quick detach system. The front end must in fact be installed and fastened to the stock-barrel. The operation is quite simple, you jut need to pay attention and slide the cables into the barrel slot pushing down until the riser mates with the barrel. Two metal inserts molded into the barrel will help you centering the front assembly onto the barrel as well as insure a perfect alignment. That’s simply it, fasten the Allen screw with the supplied wrench and the job is done.

You will then need to position the scope. The QuadAvi has a rather long scope rail onto the top that is screwed onto the trigger box, the length of the rail will let you chose the correct scope position to allow the correct eye relief as well as to accommodate for your best shooting position. Pease note that as with any Barnett crossbow the scope rail is the small version (7/8" Weaver) .
