Assembly

Assembly of the GT Mag is absolutely simple as the crossbow comes in just two pieces: stock+barrel and riser+limbs. Just put some wax onto the string and serving, slide the riser assembly into position and insert and tighten the Allen screws (4) with the enclosed wrenches (see pics). These screws will hold together the upper and lower barrels along with the riser. The assembly creates a closed, strong, rock solid frame. You can now adjust the front grip removing its two screws and positioning it in a way you feel comfortable. The GT Mag is much lighter at the front than the Defender CLS (reviewed here) so you can really move the grip in any position you like. The GT Mag comes with TenPoint’s Pro View 4x32 illuminated multi reticle scope. The scope comes pre-sighted, helping you save some time during your final set-up. If you are looking for the ultimate stability and shooting comfort The GT Mag can be optionally equipped with shooting telescopic monopod (SteddyEddy).
